Had to give one star but the pharmacy part it's a lot of young dumb kids in here, they wanna argue over a member id for insurance while I'm explaining it's the same number lady (Hispanic chick) and she not understanding. Team leader or whoever get your staff in order please. Y'all have a good one ?

Usually I don't spend much time in that place, I didn't come out satisfied with my purchases, I didn't have much to choose from and I couldn't forgive myself to help one but I needed what I got so I couldn't use several of my coupons that I wanted to use

Every chance I get to go shopping at 1802 cvs.the associates are so friendly and helpful,I truly love and enjoy being there.mr.DJ.is definitely a good role model for his associates.always smiling.and very knowledgeable about the store products.Iam so grateful to know that this type of customer service is still around.I just love them all.God bless.

I had a experience with the pharmacy counter help, She was giving me incorrect information about prescriptions that my doctor sent over. She didn't know the information so she made up something making me feel as if I was an ignorant person you could tell me anything to make me go away instead of asking the pharmacist. I can understand that everyone has a job to do but giving customers incorrect information on medication is totally not acceptable. I wonder how many other customers they have done this to

This is without a doubt the worst CVS I have ever dealt with and is now the LAST TIME I will ever go to a CVS again.
The store manager is either NEVER THERE or refuses to deal with customer concerns.
When your prescription is ready they blast you several times a day with threats to return your drugs to stock until you get over there and then when you get there they want you to wait 2 hrs. to have it pulled.
I was just there because they said it was ready and waiting but the girl at the window said that they had no order for me and it would be 2 hours to pull it.
so just when I get home (10 mins) I get a message saying it was ready to come and get it.
This is ridiculous
There is no zero on the review or I would give them that.
ZERO EFFORT TO BE OF ASSISTANCE TO THE CUSTOMER.

Literally been on hold for more than 30 minutes. Called back to talk to manager about it I'm being told no one is in the pharmacy when asked why they said they don't know and put me on hold again. You all need to do better. Still on hold smh

REALLY I WOULD GIVE 0 stars if possible but very BAD SERVICE , WASN’T Able to shop at all because a CVS employee accused my sister of stealing simply because she put her phone in her pocket never needed to steal anything LITERALLY can’t even shop DO BETTER CVS WE NEED BETTER . ASKED THE EMPLOYEE TO SEARCH IF SHE SWORE MY SISTER STOLED SOMETHING . HORRIBLE SERVICE .
