Absolutely terrible experience, I went to the pharmacy and it was MinuteClinic, they checked my health insurance card and accepted it, now it turns out the insurance didn't pay for the medical consultation and washed their hands of it, both Ambetter and CVS don't care at all.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly advise against visiting this place for any service, whether it's for medical needs or passport photos. The staff were dismissive and showed a complete lack of professionalism or concern for customer service. To make matters worse, my car was broken into right in front of the entrance, which raises serious concerns about the safety and security of the premises. Overall, a frustrating, unpleasant, and regrettable visit.

I always enjoy visiting CVS on dairy ashford and briar forest. Everyone is friendly, polite and very helpful.

Millicent or whatever this woman’s name was with the taper fade , was beyond rude and disgusting attitude today. After smiling and speaking to this person. She blankly stares with the most disgusting attitude. Just bitter. Also, the Hispanic woman working with her. I would never hire either of these 2 cvs workers, to even clean my house.

CVS is our neighborhood pharmacy. Employees are always helpful and welcoming. The store is always kept up and organized. It is an easy one stop shop here.

Not only is this the worst pharmacy but the worse people. Completely unsympathetic and just unbothered. Dropped my 3 month old son’s prescription off at 10:30. Waited and waited never heard from them. Went in to see what the hold up was at 1:30 and they told me they didn’t fill it because they needed his address…obviously if you took two seconds to look at his date of birth that it’s probably the same address as me. They had my number and never called me to ask. They then informed me it would be another hour to fill because they were taking their lunch. No one owned up to their mistake, and they could not care less that my little baby is suffering because they couldn’t do their jobs. They need to get new careers because they aren’t there to help anyone.
