Yes very unhappy went down there on my lunch break, encountered a problem with my insurance got the insurance company on the phone and they said sorry we closed for lunch. Normally we don't stop until the last customer is helped. I will be transferring elsewhere

Staffed by the best Waffle House has to offer!!! This place should be added to local attractions because its a zoo. Let me count the screwup. First, one of my medications recently was changed to a controlled substance. The pharmacist refused to fill it unless it was a paper prescription. Yet the several hundred prescriptions my Dr sends to every other CVS is filled no problem and the office doesn't even have paper prescriptions anymore. I refilled scripts here just for them to take their time filling them. Still waiting 10 days later for a BP med even after the Dr completed the prior approval. They put my meds back after I paid in the app & before the return date. Promised to fill them the next morning. Two days later I had to refused to leave a 2nd time without my kids much needed meds before the reluctantly filled his scripts. Then they supossedly refilled my other scripts but after no notification days later I check and NONE have been filled. This is the city's WORST run pharmacy. And please don't have any questions. There's no option to even talk to anyone EVER!!! Just a voicemail from which not a single call has been returned. Save yourself and go to Kirby. This is the Waffle House of pharmacies& we can all do better. And watch out for the bums rushing through with stolen merchandise. They will run you clean over.

I had an urgent prescription for a sick family member that had been called in before pharmacy was open. They went out of their way to prepare the prescription quickly this am. The pharmacist was Shayla and her support team was excellent.
I have used this CVS location for many years now and see the support staff doubled recently all 3 check out registers are active whereas it was only 1 register before.

Scammers. Went to get a flu shot. Right when I was about to leave, they asked for a co-pay. There was no mention of this before. I gave them my insurance information and they said it was invalid and that I had to pay $40. They didn't ask or tell me this before I received the flu shot. Rude pharmacy employees. Go anywhere else.

It's so frustrating. They will never transfer you to talk to someone in the pharmacy. You just have to choose whatever options are available in the recording. And then they will take you to all vaccine BS which will never end. I will fund another location. This one doesn't even have drive thru , so much hassle.

Currently sitting in my car for medication. There's a sign on the door that says "closed due to power outage." ALL LIGHTS ARE ON! 30 customers have walked by trying to figure out why they're closed when the power is on. I called and a girl says "oh my pharmacist says we might open at 7 but we close at 8." I said even though the power is on? She said yes. As I'm still sitting in the car, someone comes and put another sign up that says they'll open at 6:30! UNACCEPTABLE!

I had an excellent experience at CVS, largely due to the wonderful staff who were incredibly patient and supportive. It's clear they work well as a team, always ready to help each other with a positive attitude. I want to give special thanks to Sara. Her patience was exceptional while she helped me with my photos. I'm so grateful for her assistance; having her there really made a big difference. Thank you, Sara, for your outstanding service!

I’m from out of state and here for MD Anderson. I was just trying to get a refill that my oncologist had sent in. Whatever guy I talked to over the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this specific CVS if you want to be treated like a decent human being!
