I had a terrible experience ordering an over the counter drug for my 98 year old mother who lives nearby (I live in CHicago).
Although I told them the drug was for her and they had her credit info from the charge, when the caregiver got there they didn't have anything and sent her down the street. TUrns out they put it under my name- why, because my name was associated with the phone number although I was not using my app but cvs.com

Pharmaceutical products are similar in terms of size, labeling, meaning it all looks same. After intense search of a product, you ask the clerk or pharmacist there, you should help more than just saying “oh, it is there.”

The pharmacy is absolutely amazing!! I am so thankful for Thanh and all the staff there. They stayed past their lunch start time to help me get my prescription. I am so grateful thank you!!!

We went into the store at 7:15pm me and my friend were shopping for last minute makeup before a vacation. We soon notice that all of the staff is following us around the store. As black Americans we felt discriminated and disrespected. My friend then went up to the “district leader” and she denied that she was following us around the store. Mind you when we were looking for makeup she just happened to appear out of nowhere and had another employee following my friend to the bathroom! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RACIALLY PROFILED. We live in 2024 NO ONE IS SHOPPING FOR MAKEUP AT CVS UNLESS THEY HAVE TO AND ITS LAST MINUTE!! Extremely unprofessional, very degrading. You guys need to re evaluate and re train your staff!

I attempted to return the proudcts that my daughter bought for me via uber eat as a gift. I have the receipt from CVS store and Uber eat receipt with me but the clerk told me they could only refund me at the discounted price, which is about over 30% reduction from the original cost my daughter paid. The exacerbate matters, they capped maxium refund at $50 even though my receipt shows total $84.45. I asked to speak to store manager and was told no maneger on site. This situation is frustrating and unreasonable. I intend to escalate the matter to CVS corporate for solution. If nessary, I will seek local media for help. It is disheartening to experience suck a lack of respect for customer from CVS.

I am new to Houston and only here for a few months due a family hospitalization. I needed a CVS and after reading a few reviews picked this one. It was THE RIGHT CALL. The employees were friendly, the pharmacist was very helpful and went out of her way to fill my prescription quickly and to talk over some things I needed to know about them. It was a great experience!
