It’s really unfortunate to walk-in this location and cashiers cursing with most disrespectful language in front of women customers as if I wasn’t standing there. I might as well drive to Pearland than deal with this nonsense. Go ahead and close this location too!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy today at CVS on OST. A older lady who was the pharmacy cashier refused to run my medication through the insurance. She said that once the price is in the receipt there’s no way of checking if my insurance attached. Then she proceeded to charge my card on file without my okay. After I arrived home I looked on my receipt and it says there was no insurance attached to my medication. Even if the medication was the same price with or without insurance (no way to tell because she didn’t run it through the insurance) I should have the right to want to USE my insurance for my medications. The staff needs to be completely retrained. This is ridiculous service at CVS. Switching to HEB.

Do not go here! Ordered photos to be printed, they gave me a time to come in and made me pay a deposit, then told me they didn’t know how to work the machine. Armando and the manager refused to give me a refund. So essentially I paid for a service they don’t offer and they knowingly took my money.

They’re so rude here. I came to pick up my prescription and spoke to the Andy everything and she said hold a sec. And she put the blinds down to go to lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Consistently out of the medication prescribed by my doctor. Only thing I get told on the phone is "an order was placed" It's been a week since I dropped off my prescription and when I asked for an update I was told they had no estimate on when it would be available. You are just wasting your time if you try to use this CVS.

Cjheva, in the pharmacy, is an exceptional employee. I had to wait for a prescription to be filled, which was no problem at all. She still apologized and thanked me for being patient like 100 times. She also noticed the price of my meds seemed too high. She looked into it, and it was an error with my insurance. She fixed the issue and it brought my cost from $170 down to $40. It was very busy in there, but Cjheva still maintained her positive attitude and pretty smile. I wasn’t having a great day, and you wouldn’t think going to pick up meds would make your day any better, but today it did. Thank you Cjheva, CVS is very lucky to have you as an employee.
