Bonita was awesome! I came in early and I’d been up for the past 27 hours at work and Miss Bonita was super helpful! Very attentive and knowledgeable! I will say I wish I could give her a positive employee review on the cvs website but it’s impossible to navigate. Thank you Bonita your a lifesaver you deserve a raise!!!!

Girl with the bun attitude is trash. I never use cash I always use my phone to pay so I didn’t know that you had to hit cash to insert case after hitting finish to pay. The girl seen me struggling and when I asked for help had a nasty attitude about it.

The CVS store at 4700 Kirby has a team member that has awesome customer service. The name of that team member is Terri!!! Terri's customer service is excellent, exceptional, and exemplary!!! It was very apparent that Terri is extremely customer oriented, and welcomes the opportunity to engage!!! It was my lucky day to have gone into this CVS!!!!

CVS is the only pharmacy that carried zinc oxide, which I have recently started applying to my nose in an effort to increase protection against Sunburn/(skin)cancer. Unfortunately, this particular store did not have any on hand. Fortunately, they did have bottles of tablets of Iron supplement, and they were available in a “2fer” bargain.
Unfortunately, I am a “Digital Dinosaur”; I was hopelessly befuddled by the process. Fortunately, manager JADE, a “Digital Native” was there to save me. Had she not been available to guide me through this eDocumention, I’d undoubtedly still be Blankly looking at the checkout screen. Thank you, JADE! You are a credit to CVS and will go far!

I came in today to buy a Red Bull and snacks one of the managers approaches me about signing up for CVS care. It took me close to 10 minutes and the manager doesn’t even know that you can’t sign up without Apple Pay. A stop that could’ve taken two minutes, turned out to be a waste of time because he doesn’t know the processes apparently.

Management here is TERRIBLE.. wasted soo much of my time because they don’t know how to work their own system. A trip that was supposed to take 2-4 mins ended up taking nearly 30 mins because their system wouldn’t refund me my money. They asked me to come back in 35 mins for my refund? I’ve never in my life heard anything of that nature before. 0/10 would recommend this store
