The store is well stocked compared to the others in the area but I was being followed by staff members and singled out to be watched while trying to check out. I felt extremely uncomfortable and I asked the staff member if she needed something. She said no and then proceeded to watch us and then was replaced by who I think is the manager to watch us.
We were couponing and trying to separate our purchases and coupons. If they wanted to check everything they should have gone behind the register and rung us up. I would love someone else to scan and bag my items!

Will not shop here. My account is being used by someone other than me at the same CVS location off Alabama in Houston. I have not been refunded my money or my items that were picked up replaced . I just got notification " Thank you for your purchase!" even though my husband and I are at home.

I needed to replace the small battery in my car key fob. As it was a new car and not entirely obvious, I Googled it and the store clerk helped me figure it out, get it open, went and got the battery and replaced it. The staff here is excellent ( I used to use the pharmacy before my insurance changed). Top notch of being very helpful, friendly and professional.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pharmacist will not special order medications, habitually give false information to patients and will deny patients their medication.

This CVS has improved significantly in the past year! The store portion was struggling quite a bit for a few years with things like staffing, inventory management, and check out machine maintenance, but that has all been addressed and the new team is great.There's always an associate by the door now, which did take a little getting used to as you're under very direct surveillance as you enter, but it means self-checkout problems are actually resolved quickly now.The pharmacy is great, love the whole staff. Mr. Amaso in particular is both incredibly knowledgeable and works tirelessly to take care of you. He also deserves credit for administering my annual flu shots more casually and painlessly than any other vaccinator I've worked with in my lifeThis would be a 5 star review if not for issues outside the control of the local team, such as limited pharmacy hours due to limited staffing and the need for heightened awareness in the parking lot due to the unending construction work in this area

The seven minutes I was in the Store I was followed around by the store manager, Joel. I'm a black American guy and I was targeted by this store manager since he had no interest in any of the Caucasian people that were in the store. Soon as I walked down the isle from when I first entered, I noticed him running down the aisle to beat me to the connecting isle. Then Joel followed me making it uncomfortable for me to shop. I've gone here 4 times and each time I visit this specific location, I will ask if a product is in the back and the answer is ALWAYS, "our truck just pulled up and is unloading so we can't get to the product." This specific time I received the response, I asked manager Josh why is it that I experience this each time I visit. Instead of offering a better time to visit the store or asking if there is another location he can check that may have the product, he responds nastily; "I find it very hard to believe that every time you come we say this" As if I were lying. Is this how we are handling customer service these days? If you like helpful, clear and concise customer service and a store with an array of available products, the location on West Alabama and Shepard is NOT IT. Josh, please return to training and customer service one-on-one classes; it seems to be about that time for you and your disheveled looking staff.
