Nice cleaned, stocked store with nice personnel that smile and greet you when you enter the store.

I ordered online so I could pick my items up after my shift. Doors were locked at 10:40. I saw an employee inside so I called the store, they just let it ring. Upsetting as I already paid for my order and it wouldn't have taken more than two minutes to hand me my bag.
