Tried to transfer a prescription and no one picked up for over an hour on the phone so I went to the store. They could not prepare it and left me scrambling. If you can’t do the transfer in time, then at least pick up the phone so I can transfer somewhere else.

Horrible service. Scheduled a COVID shot and then they said they couldn't do it. Told me I had to go somewhere else, even though I had it scheduled. Pharmacist was super rude and cancelled my appointment in front of me.

I was having an issue with my insurance and the timing of a specific prescription and I don't know what I would have done without the team here! They somehow sorted it out and were really helpful in the process.

Went in to purchase a premium blood pressure apparatus. It was on sale with cvs members only; i registered on the spot and got the sale price. Awesome!

Do not send prescriptions here, You can't get anyone on the phone. It rings twice then cuts out when you call. It has been a week since I've had my medication and I can't get any help

Picking up prescriptions is a fast process... im only giving 3 stars because my wallet was stolen and i was told by the cashier i can not be issued another card and will just always have to remember my old phone number.

We live in Kirby Lofts which is right next to CVS and while convenient for quick runs for beer, wine, essentials etc. , I really miss the CVS on Milam which is miles better (friendly staff, better selection). We often used to walk our dogs and then go into CVS to grab anything we needed before going back home. The last time I was in CVS, the manager (I think) was literally yelling at me because I had my dog in the store. This was confusing because we'd brought our dogs in numerous times before. I tried to explain that we lived upstairs and I just needed to pick up my prescription and did not want to go back upstairs and then back downstairs touching elevators and doors during a pandemic. He told me that if I did live upstairs then I should be familiar with their no dog policy, which I was not otherwise I would not have brought my dog into the store. Overall I felt belittled and harangued by the manager at this store. In addition, the staff at this store is pretty hit or miss, there is a nice guy who is super helpful that works there but there also some cashiers who act like you're being privileged to check out with them. The homeless people outside are mostly harmless but occasionally I have run into the odd one who is aggressively asking for either money or for me to buy something from CVS for them (I have given money and food on occasion but since we live next door, we often run into the same people and they expect something every time they see us now).
