I went to pick up my photos and accidentally gave my married name instead of my maiden name. Then I typed in the wrong phone number for my CVS rewards. There was a lot going on, but still despite my own issues, the woman behind the counter (Tiffany maybe) treated me with grace and respect. I appreciated the interaction.
