Rujelio needs a vacation maybe a permanent one... he was disgustingly rude and stupid with his comment after asking to speak to a supervisor. It's no wonder Eric was a bit slow maybe high off his own supply! Smh! I'll gladly go to Walgreens across the way ?

Switching to walgreens just cause i want to pick up my medication without the huge security guy staring me down until i say hello or goodbye then rolling his eyes if i don’t have a huge smile on my face. Some people (me) want to be left alone. This is a drug store not costco

I always made all my purchases at CVS® at 6504 W Little York, Houston, TX 77040. I always find anything I need, and always get good discounts, rewards, and coupons. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

The Pharmacy counter person told me that they couldn't help me even though I made an appointment for a flu shot. He said that they were too busy and for me to come back. This location is close to where I work, but I prefer the one in Spring where I live.

As soon as I walked in the store I was politely greeted by a nice security guard then I went to asked a cashier a question her name was Sarah she was the most polite and patience person I’ve ever met 10/10 working if you go to this CVS look for Sarah !!!

this cvs is really good there was a white lady named sarah who helped me check out and gave very good customer service and the security guard tommy greeted you on the way in this how cvs should be this is a very good location very nice shelf’s and i always find what i need the people here are very greeting and nice upon entrance very clean and very respectful

I’m very disappointed. We’re living in 2023.. and it’s obvious that racism is still an issue here. We headed out on a late night quick water run.. I was with my sister and BF.. as I spoke to the nice security lady they looked around.. I couldnt help and noticed that an employee by the name Sarah was following my sister and BF around.. outrageous that we can’t shop without ppl automatically assuming we’re stealing.. we asked her why was she following us around the store. Boldly she said so we wouldn’t steal.. we felt so uncomfortable and left.. she was a heavy white women by the name of Sarah. I’m already not fond of CVS but now I will never shop there again. Walgreens is the way to go!! We were still in the store when she was asking for the things we were going to purchase.. it almost seem like she stereo typed us cause of or skin color. Again a heavy white women named Sarah.. just assumed we weren’t going to purchase

Pharmacy people really have an attitude just rude ! No costumer service they are the worse we come to them because we are in pain and I get things don’t go as plan but with a less attitude and more kindness can go a long way the people that took care of me was Josie elder female and a young African American girl she made me call my baby dr when they told me that was unprofessional from her part she should be the one talking tot he dr and nurse definitely will be reaching o it to te higher ups about her !
