Why this place won't show up on the list when I was trying to make an appointment for quick covid testing. Someone explain why ?

I’m not sure why this CVS has many bad reviews. They must have changed recently. I came here for the rapid nasal swab covid test. The staff I talked to was really sweet and helpful. I was in and out within less than 10 minutes and got my results within 2 hours. They called me to deliver the results from a No Caller ID. They also texted and sent an email. There is no way that you will miss the result notice unless you have the wrong email or phone number. You download your result from My Chart.NOTE that this CVS has no products. The store is all empty. It is now just a covid testing center BY APPOINTMENT only. You can set your appointment online and there is limited spot. When you get there for a covid testing appointment, just park your car and line up when it’s almost your appointment time. A staff will come out to ask for your name and appointment time. You will follow the staff inside the building to do the test. They said if you are 10 mins late, your appointment is canceled. Make sure you arrive early if you are confused of what to do.

Went in for Covid test and got one of the worst human experiences with the tester.I pulled up to ask the security guard if the location was correct, he said yes and to wait in my car. I was in the handicap spot so I stated I should move an he assured me it was fine.The tester came out and complained about how I was parked illegally and should know better. I quickly offered to move but she huffed and said it was fine.The tester then handed me the swabs and seemed to expect that I would know how to swab my nose without offering any other instruction than "one inch up my nose"I know we got started off on the wrong foot but her attitude was quite nasty and I got a lower quality of care because of it. Avoid if possible

had a covid test scheduled today for 12:00pm called to get more information and was left on hold i also called the tester twice and no answer had to cancel my test because of bad customer service .

Worst experience @ a CVS location. My appointment was for 12:30pm. I arrived @12:25pm and sat in my car as the signs say until 12:40pm. Since I didn't hear from them I went up to the door and knocked, I was let in and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, it was for 12:30, it's now after 12:40. The woman who let me in yells @the clerk in lane 3 asking if she's ready. She says she's w/ another customer so they ask me to wait outside the doors. First of all, how are can you still be w/ a patient when the appointments are scheduled 30mins apart and you only have a 10min late grace period? Nonetheless I waited for a few minutes and was taken back to lane 3. The clerk was rude and seemed like she had better places to be. After I performed the self swab (which I wasn't expecting) I was told they would call me later. I asked what time I would get my results since I need this for work and she said, "later on today ma'am, please exit through the back door" w/ an attitude like my question irritated her. CVS needs to hire more professional staff that wants to be there doing their job vs hiring people that just show up for a paycheck. Never again.

Stores closes at 10 pm. I show up at 9:47, granted that was pushing ten, but doors shouldn’t be locked almost 15 minutes before the store closes.I left the other location because this one was still open and they lock their doors before closing time.

I loved this CVS but we called today to check up on my Husband’s prescription and they are closed! I have to find a new CVS now. ☹️

The pharmacy team goes above and beyond to assist with my needs when it comes to refilling my prescription. I've never had any issues, and the front end staff is extremely friendly. Convenient location, so it's my to go to stop.

This is my go to CVS; I have never had an issue here and have kept coming for nearly 10 years. Staff is always greeting customer and the place is always well kept. Pharmacy staff is always approachable and considerate of the customer they. Will keep coming!

I had a horrible experience with CVS today. My doctors office called in my prescription to the wrong CVS pharmacy. I was told to call the correct pharmacy which was this one and asked them to transfer the prescription. I was put on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on, after being asked if I could be on a brief hold. I called back, someone answered the phone, And put me on hold without asking if I could hold or saying anything I remained on hold for eight minutes before someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back and was put on hold again I was on hold for a total of 52 minutes before someone finally came on the phone to help me! I explained to her that I've been hung up on a couple of times and have been on hold for a total of almost 1 hour at this point and she apologized but I told her that this was horrible customer service and that she should've picked up the phone and asked if she could call me back, explained that they were busy or something other than ignoring me for as long as they did. Even after all that she, she then started to "check" at this point to see if they had the prescriptions at their pharmacy and I asked her what on earth I had been holding for all this time and she didn't answer she just apologized again. I drove all the way from the medical center in Houston to my home one block away from the CVS. I go to this CVS because it's convenient and has always been a pleasant place to go, but with this lack of customer service I don't know that I'll be going back again. A simple pick up of the phone and explaining to me what was going on instead of ignoring me all this time and ultimately hanging up on me several times is unacceptable in a place of business
