I want to state that I have been a customer of this pharmacy for more than 4 years, and it is the first time that I have received bad treatment. And even worse from the new pharmacy manager named Quan. It is unfortunate that a brand as important as CVS is tarnished by this type of staff.

I was appalled by the disrespectful behavior of the pharmacist at this CVS. While I was waiting, I witnessed a customer trying to explain their issue, only to be rudely cut off and dismissed. The pharmacist literally walked away, leaving the customer feeling unheard and frustrated. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist (the guy at the window, not sure if a pharmacist) needs to take some classes on how to be pleasant. So rude and a major attitude. The young man that checked me out was quite nice though.

Very unprofessional. They opened late and then when I asked for the photo I was here to get they said they just opened and I had to wait. I understand why so many CVS’s are closing.

If I could rate it lower than one star I would. Never has this CVS done anything on time! Every order is delayed and the wait times are very long for anything else pharmacy related. No order, rhyme or reason behind how they attend to customers. They are always short staffed to where they cannot even answer the phone without putting you on hold for 5 minutes. I am completely dissatisfied with CVS and if my insurance didn’t make me go there, I would gladly switch to Walgreens or H-E-B pharmacy. Horrible customer service.
