If you have an entire day to wait in line for you prescription go here! Want to see the definition of slow service please go here! Wow painfully slow! I use to be able to drop my prescription off and wait on it faster than going through the drive thru! Y'all need a new way of getting folks in and out, period!

Slowest service you will receive. The pharmacist on location will give attitude and her and her staff always seem to change their protocols. Will gladly hand my fiance my controlled substance without any confirmation but always need all sorts of verifications for acne meds. Even dr. Office has no idea why staff is requiring so much information that they never seem to keep in their records.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The pharmacy staff, mainly the pharmacy techs, are rude. I wouldn't normally come here, but it's closest to my house. I'd much rather be inconvenienced next time and go to a different location.

Stopped by this pharmacy and a lady by the name of Agatha Help me she didn't even smile. She looks like she was sucking on a lemon, horrible customer service. If she's having a bad day, she should just stay home instead of helping customers.

Extremely slow if at all service. I hate that the medication I am taking in its current form can not be filled at my local Wal-Mart which was where I was originally filling it. They will send an automated call with prescription information but when you try to call back to get in touch with them its almost impossible to do so. We are only talking about people's health here, there has to be a better solution to doing so at this CVS, I would rather have my medication sent to another location and drive further to get it than to have to deal with the uncertainty of actually getting my medication filled here in a reasonable amount of time.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They sent a text to me stating my prescription was ready. When I get there it's not. I leave. 20 minutes late I receive another text 2 prescription are ready, I go back the young lady at the pickup counter walks away. She's the only one here and the line is getting longer. I tried going through the drive through but that is the longest process ever. Just know the customer service is horrible

The SLOWEST and minimally stocked pharmacy I've ever used in my life! They receive a lot of business; however, so does Chick-fil-A and they always service efficiently and quickly. Last month, the pharmacy waited until 8 pm (they close at 9) one night to call me to inform me that they didn't have any inventory for prescription I needed for some chronic pain. I was pissed because all I wanted was some relief. So, I had to call another pharmacy myself to see who had inventory. Today, I've been in line for about 40 minutes. Thought to write a review because they are annoying. Whoever owns this location needs to come up with better operations strategies.

My husband has gone to cvs on wallisville a few times to try get a passport photo taken. The first time they said the guy wasn't available then they said that the cameras are broken. Can we fix the issue please?

I didn't know it was possible to be this inefficient. I have tried over and over again to give the employees the benefit of the doubt, but they have proven themselves time and time again to not only be incompetent but slightly egotistical, seemingly spiteful, and amazingly inefficient. I had dental surgery, these people are in a position to provide meds that prevent complications from that surgery from arising. 3 hours to fill a prescription. Every month, attempt to pick up medication, because it's a controlled substance and my skin is a little too dark. I am not afforded basic human decency like, picking up my medication a day early because I have a LIFE OUTSIDE OF playing curtsy to CVS. Absolute trash. Avoid giving them any money if you can
