Poor communication, never received notification that order was ready. Called store, was told order still not ready. Decided to visit store and found out order was indeed ready. Order was printed on wrong shirt. Inconvenient to have to return to have the shirt reprinted on correct shirt.

The consultant was very helpful, unfortunately I wasn’t able to do business. Some of your products have a minimum of six. Part of my order, I did not have at least six to order. So it was very disappointing.

Custom Ink is where my company gets everything from custom pens/notepads to custom hats/shirts! Their website is wonderful to design your own logo or upload one. The options are endless! I prefer in person assistance so I came into their store in Houston. Danny has been the best to work with and very personable. I highly recommend stopping in if you have questions or want to see product up close.

Custom Ink put the FUN in FUNDRAISER!! They were incredible to work with - helpful, responsive, offered invaluable expertise when it came to choosing the right products for our group… I can’t say enough glowing things about them! There’s even a storefront in Houston for you to go in and talk with a representative! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Anne was great. She was patient with my multiple requests to see alternative options. She explained to me all of my options, the associated price points and gave me an approximate timeline. I’m not artistic so collaborating with Anne was perfect. Patient, polite, extremely nice and overall great at what she does.

I’ve been working with this custom ink for about two years now and the staff has always been so helpful! They helped with the design of our embroidery logo and made it look so nice. They were just wonderful overall. Jake was so nice and understanding and I appreciate all the hard work they did for me! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. :)

Be careful with this company. Their website is misleading and they are aware of it (after speaking with 2 customer service reps).I designed 7 shirts for Christmas and when I went to try to buy them all and have them sent to me, there was no way to send the 7 shirts in one package and to pay one time. I called CI and they are able to combine them so I can pay for them, but not able to combine them in 1 shipment. This is because the "RUSH DELIVERY" fee is not about delivery. They told me it was impossible to combine all the shirts into one shipment and that the Rush fee had to be paid for each shirt.So, that "Rush Delivery" option is not true. It is a fee, I think, that will move you up in the queue to have the shirt made, the shipping will most likely be standard and not have any "Rush" about it.UPDATE: The owner was able to find a solution and offered me the option of picking up the shirts I wanted to order without any rush fee. They were done in less than a day.While the criticism still stands about the “rush delivery” and the misleading nature of the website, the fact is that the owner of the Houston location, Jake Olsen, was able to superbly mitigate the situation and give supreme customer service, follow instructions to the letter, and make my joke Christmas gift go off without hitch.It would be nice to see CI implement his level of customer service and ability to provide a solution as it pertains to their ordering process.Review updated to 3 stars from 1.

The quality of the business cards that I ordered was awful. They looked great coming out of the box but began to come apart as if the front and back were two separate pieces of paper that were coning apart. The fraying in the pics is after two days of being in a credit card wallet. The black also developed "scratches." I did receive a $50 refund and the employees were kind and professional. I am now stuck with these business cards that look very unprofessional and am going to have to find some type of use for them so we are not entirely out the money spent. I will say that the design team was great, awesome ideas and design. I just wish there was a way we could have ownership rights and an AI to use on other projects not completed by Custom Ink. The t-shirts turned out beautiful however, we have not wore nor washed them yet.

I worked with Anne on a simple t-shirt design as a funny gift. She was very helpful in giving me all my options as I had a certain price point I wanted to stay under! My visit was quick and efficient! And I can’t wait to gift the design! Picture to come soon!
