They'll work with you as long as you don't bring them rubbish. Fair and friendly staff. Their gun and rifle collection is cool too. Conveniently located next to a gun range. 9/10 overall.

Went in with some 14.4v Snapon tools and was given a quote of $100. He said my stuff was junk and I would never get the $400 I was asking. You’re right, I got $550 one week later, more than I asked you. No worries though. If I am ever in the market for a Hi-point garbage gun I know where the used ones are kept!

I visit weekly. Cullen Pawn makes it easy to exchange money for randomly curated stuff. Easily the coolest and most interesting collection in South Houston.

Made a deal and everything was explained on the phone I drove all the way there then changed the deal wasting my time. To AC units that work perfect and blow cold with normal cosmetic scratches.

Customer Service is Horrible the Manager is very Rude and appears Prejudice .Do not know how to talk to people .I am a 73 year old person not 17 he is very Rude..He told me I could go somewhere else to shop..I have shopped there for years under the other managers..

I was recently at the Cullen PawnI was given a refuse to buy 1 MPK and 1 Professional Speaker. I was not given proper reason to why he believed it would stop working. I was not given proper relief as I deserved. This was the worst experience of a pawn!!!

Great pawn shop with a nice selection of inventory. The shop is well kept and displayed. They gave my a great deal when I bundled a couple of items together, which was not expected. The staff was super friendly and even helped me to my vehicle when it was pouring down rain. I will definitely be back.
