I'm a regular customer at this location. This "girl" you have in there today l (7/12/23), is the worst. She had an enscent going..This is a horrible smell, plus gets into customer's clothes. If this person stays at the store, I will no longer patronize here. Also, dog was in disturbing the customer. The last person placed a sign for dogs "Do Not Enter". Where are the old guys who used to work here. After departure my clothes were smelly (smoke/scent) DISTURBING

Honestly I’m about to stop coming here. Been going to this store for over a year and now that they have hired a new guy a couple months ago there are price limits, no mask enforcement, and he locks up early by 10:15pm every night. He locks the doors for about 10 minutes at times during open business hours. I live across the street and come everyday LITERALLY so for this to be happening is unacceptable.

This place was great and a pleasant experience. I had Delisianna to do color and microlinking for my wedding since my hair is so thin. She did such an amazing job and I absolutely LOVED my thick hair! Everyone was nice and welcoming. It was definitely a 5 star experience but I took off a star because it was crazy expensive and the whole process took longer than I was expecting. They said it should last anywhere from 4-6 weeks. I'm on week 3 and the links are loosening but still looks presentable. I have extra hair left that was not used and wish I could go back to get them put in again but it's just so expensive that I will have to pass. :(

Went to get my hair done by Chara the owner referred by my friend. Watched her YouTube videos had to be from years ago and she was preaching about how other stylist treat there customers saying how they be there all day when they have an appointment, how they do your braids to tight, how they don't care about the natural hair. I said ok this sounds like someone who really values hair. Arrived 9:00am and her assistant asked if I would like to buy there hair because it's ready good I said ok. Purchased hair $350, $250 for sow-in, and hair products. Paid over $700. Left out track was falling out had to go back in and she had someone else fix it. She rushed my hair I was so pissed for $250 and all the s*** I purchased put some respect on my hair, my time, and money. Hair was bunny from her taking big sections to flat iron. Folks don't seem to care anymore smh. Ended up leaving at 5pm it took them 9hrs to do my hair.

My stylist was Michelle. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about her craft. I wanted a blue lob and she killed it! I found my new stylist that can definitely keep up with the new trends. Thanks Michelle!

Super friendly staff, great prices, and the colored hair jobs I saw walking out were great! It's a Paul Mitchell salon so don't expect a wide variety of products to choose from but they have what you need. They were super honest and said I could go another month until swapping out my extensions so instead I got a $35 blow out but will come back for extensions soon.

This is the best hair salon in Houston! Every hairstylist there can slay your hair! They do great weaves and wigs but also they make sure to take care of your natural hair and make sure that it is healthy and growing! Hands down, the best salon! There's no competition!

Why this place don't have 5 stars? Love it here. Michelle does my hair and she's great. Place always clean, staff friendly and my stylist is fast. I would recommend this place to anyone. They even have snacks or something going on every now and then for the clients.
