Not only does this location provide an inspiring and motivating workout community, but also personal nutrition training. It was personally hard to ramp up my metabolism and I felt in a plateau stage for a long time. Neema helped me get my macros on track customized to my crazy busy lifestyle: full time profession with demanding hours, full time mom and wife and dancer on the side. Due to my active lifestyle, she helped me find a nutritional plan that would fuel my body and never did I had a starving, stressful or miserable experience. It was well balanced for me.

Absolutely phenomenal environment!!!Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting CrossFit or an Experienced Athlete. Josh, Jocelyn, and the CF Be Someone coaches not only know how to push you, but coach you the right way so everyday you’re getting better! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start their fitness journey or looking for great community to be apart of!

This gym is simply the best! If you are looking for coaches that really care about helping you improve and meet your goals this is absolutely the gym to join. I have gone to a number of other CrossFit gyms, but none have been at the same level. The coaches guide you through the full class and give feedback throughout. The community they have created here is awesome to be a part of!

Been doing crossfit for over a decade. All the places I have been a local member to as well as drop in around the U.S. share the same compassion and mindset. To make you the best athlete you can be maxing out your potential. All have been excellent doing so in my CF journey. However; Coach Josh and his coaches at Crossfit Be Somone really standout with his gym and athlete community. A lot of focus and attention to each individual athlete of all skill levels. Now in my 50s, I am still hitting new PRs and continue to improve in all areas.

The coaches at this place are phenomenal! They are there for you every step of the way and take the time to teach you and encourage you to try your best and just be a healthier version of yourself. As we all know fitness and nutrition can be a lonely journey but it doesn’t have to be with CrossFit Be Someone!

CrossFit Be Someone Nutrition has been very good for me by helping me be more knowledgeable on my nutrition. It has helped me to have balanced diet and make better life choices for my health. CrossFit Be Someone Nutrition set up a fitness challenge for our company. The coaches Josh and Neema gave us awesome feedback and encouragement every step of the way. "CrossFit Be Someone has been an amazing experience for me. The Coaches (Josh, Luis. David) are knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. The workouts are challenging and diverse, targeting different muscle groups and keeping things interesting. The community at CrossFit is also fantastic and like family - everyone is friendly and motivating, which really helps push me to do my best. My son loves to work out with me at the gym. I can't say enough good things about Crossfit Be Someone. The CFBS staff are one of a kind. They not only greet you with a welcoming smile, but they also want to successfully help you reach your goals as an athlete. They also care about your home / personal life and help you better yourself in and out of the gym. The community is like no other. One word to describe the CFBS community is FAMILY. You walk in and immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. Crossfit is not easy, so when you have those rough, tough days - you have members and coaches there to motivate you. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I have been going to CFBS for over a year now and have loved every class. The coaches are kind, patient, and knowledgeable and the community is awesome. My husband and I have gotten a lot stronger and in better shape. Couldn’t recommend more!
