Some scammers: on December 14, I contracted a service in which the phone was free, but since I requested a new line, I had to pay for the phone, but as soon as I left the establishment, the phone began to receive calls and messages since it was a recycled line. When I started using the phone it blocked and the calls didn't go out so I went to return it but when I got to the establishment they didn't want to return the money and they started playing with me depending on what happened the next day and the next day the same thing so I called to the bank so that the case could be charged. A month later they entered my account again and they answered me for almost double what the service was supposed to cost. I claimed it again. I do not recommend that establishment to anyone, they are scammers. The phones that they sell were not in good condition and the service they promise you is much more expensive than what they tell you

Nawaz Hassan, the store manager is the best , very knowledgeable and problem solver. He been taking care of me for few years , every time my phone has problem he always have solution.Very professional and friendly smart guy.I love this store great stuff very personal friendly and patient..Thank you guys.Yelena Russian cupping and advanced massage.

Came to this location on a Thursday evening and Madison and Noel were extremely attentive. Awesome employees! They helped me with a few questions I had about my billing with a lot of patience. I also came in today and Madison was there again, she was once again attentive and extremely helpful. 10/10 customer service.

Very rude to a lady trying to get a government phone. Even said that the internet was down. Then had her boyfriend in the store and was laughing about it. Very unprofessional and very rude.

Trash! Chic been mopping the floor for over an hour so I can't walk in. And so I'm calling and neither of the 3 people in there will answer. The chic literally picked up the handset and put it back down and continued playing with the mop. This is snakeskin disgusting and unprofessional. You won't get my business! I'll stay with T-Mobile!
