Excellent customer service. My family has been going to them for a while and my father connecting me with them. Due to the connection, they helped me get a good deal through a promo and set up my new phone for me. Definitely a great family styled operation that will treat you right. Though late but fresh as ever!The Wireless Solutions on 16251 FM 529 Rd. Houston have remained consistent with providing excellent customer service. Irrespective of the agent you meet, they share a common value of delighting their customer. That has been my experience since I've been doing business with them for the past 2 years.On Sunday, 12/11/23, I was attended to by Luis and Gabby. They were very pleasant, honest, respectful and professional. They provided me with useful information and went the extra mile to give me choices, which offered me a far better deal than what I knew before I went to the store. Indeed, Luis and Gabby are great ambassadors of The Wireless Solutions.I will continue to do business with The Wireless Solutions and strongly recommend them!
