My husband called this store and Alberto was professional and knowledgeable on the phone.Alberto took excellent care of myself and my husband yesterday and answered some questions we had today. He was very professional and knows his products and services very well. He was patient with us as we are not teckie and he was glad to do so. The promotions are as advertised, no gimmicks. We left TMobile after 20 years, and coming into Alberto's store was a big part of that reason. I would not hesitate to refer business to him.

I was just upset that this store was Closed 😡 when the info said that they were open on Sunday till a certain hour. Didn't write the review right away cause of being in a hurry to get to another. It was just a waste of gas and time and totally inconvenient. That's the only reason for my one star because it's important to know and I think the store itself should make sure everyone can conviniently see the hours or call and hear them on the phone if no one answers, for emergencies such as those when you're desperate to buy a phone on that very day and have no time to waste.

There is a young guy that has the best customer service skills in comparison to other locations I've visited. He handled 4 customers at the same time. This kid deserves a raise. He is a very positive minded young man. I always go by on my lunch break to make a payment and he was knowledgeable on how to contact insurance guys.. insurion about my broken screen. Got that replacement. Thx dude! Keep up the great work.
