EMPLOYEE CLAIMED I ASSAULTED HER WHICH I HAVE ALL VIDEOED ON FACEBOOK BUT THEY ARE ONLY RETAINING IT FOR 30 DAYS ... HAVE BEEN LOOKING TO CONTACT OTHER STORES AND NKB CORPORATE VENTURES INC. LOOKING TO MAKE SURE THIS INDIVIDUAL GETS FIRED SHE POSES A GREAT LIABILITY FOR CRICKET ON HER ACTIONS ... When we walk in the wonderful lady welcomes my mother and myself in with a very good personality. She also told us she will be with us in a bit. When she finished with the other customer she asked us how may I could help you tonight. We were looking to buy a USB cable for my mom's phone but the bad thing was that even if we would have bought the cable cord the phone was not charging. So what she suggested was for my mom to perish a new phone. So thank you Aurora for all your wonderful help. And my mom loves her new phone.

I went to store at 7:48 and the door was locked and employee would not open the door. She signaled that the store was closed. I made praying hands for her to please let me in.I needed to pay a bill because my brother is in the hospital and I his phone has turned off. I then called the store and she didn’t pick up the phone and turned off the lights at 7:53.
