I really don’t know where to start i don’t do reviews but this has to be said I don’t know what was more offensive the store smell the customer service or the big dude with stains in his underwear I came in to buy a phone not to be offended like the so called manager got mad because I asked him to pull up his pants because it was outrageous to have to look at a grown man with mysterious stains in his underwear started screaming at me and I was so polite to him this is not what I expected when you’re trying to spend your money like come on who ever owns this store has to be joking having people with no customer service and just acting the way they do it’s worst then ghetto just please be safe coming here bring a guy or protection with you if you decide to come here it’s definitely unsafe for any female period

People are asked not to buy cell phones at this address. The treatment is very bad and the cell phones go wrong and they do not return your money or money. The cell phone does not work either to call the company.

WORST WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE HOUSTON AREA WHEN IT COMES TO CRICKET I BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS I BEEN HERE THREE TIMES SINCE DECEMBER ONCE I FIRST BROKE MY PHONE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE LIKE WTH IM PAYING YOU GUYS NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND THEN THIS FUNNY GUY THAT CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER HIS NAME WAS X IS THE MOST SCAMMING RIDICULOUS SALES PERSON I KNOW TRIED TO DO A PAYMENT PLAN AND HE SAID THAT IT CAME WITH ALL THIS AND THAT (ACCESSORIES) FOR FREE WHEN IN FACT NO IT DOESNT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING NOTHING IS FREE THEN HE SAID IT ALSO CAME WITH FREE INSURANCE SINCE IT WAS A NEW PHONE ALSO A LIE PLEASE BE CAREFULSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
