I recently purchased a screen protector from the store, but they gave me the wrong model that had already been used and repacked. I ended up throwing it away, and I don't plan to buy from that store again. I suggest checking the items before leaving the store. My mistake was not trying the items before leaving.

I went by Cricket Wireless hoping to sign up for service after being disappointed by the "sales" being offered at Boost & Metro. I had the best experience today at the Cricket store located on Kirkwood & Beechnut. I was happily helped by Junior, who was knowledgeable and kind. Junior explained their plans and the pricing and answered all of my questions. I left with a plan I could afford that included everything I needed. If you need cell service I highly recommend you go see Junior at Cricket Wireless.

People with little ethics sold me a phone that didn't work and to make matters worse they sold me a protector, I bought it thinking that the phone wouldn't break...so I went back to the store to have the phone replaced...I got it They changed but the protector didn't. What's my fault that that phone hasn't worked...those people never lose, they are abusive
