Today I went at two in the afternoon and the young woman who was there insulted me, gave me terrible service, they shouldn't have people like that, I think they should go through a psychologist. I'm a fifty-year-old woman and I don't respect myself for being of legal age and she told me that there was no managerbybla, another young woman did not want to give me her name, she is a witness to how that young woman with black hair, big lips, treated me that's the only way I can describe her. I think I'll change companies.

I was there today to get a new phone(same as he old one) to replace the defective one that I had. I did take a printout of the phone from the website that I wanted because it was in stock at this location. I was asked if I needed a screen protector and I said NO after being asked 3 times. I was curious as to why I couldn't use my active sim card from my old phone in the new lg fortune 2 which is the same or similar phone I already had but I was told that I had to use the new sim card that came with the new phone. I was told that there an activation fee which I did not understand. I was not signing up for new service. I only expected to pay for the new phone which had a promo discount and the cost of the upgrade. I should have checked my receipt in its entirety before I left because I was charged for the screen protector which I clearly rejected. The man or manager there made it seem as if he was giving me a discount for a screen protector which is not the case. There is no charge for Activation on my receipt so clearly I was charged $21.64 for the screen protector. When I called and spoke to Timothy at crickets toll free number he apologized and told me that there is no Activation fee and suggested that I go back to the store. I told him I will not because I used ride share services to get there and back home. The service was not all bad the two people that were there were polite and I was greeted upon entering. I know you are in the business to make money but please keep it honest. And also from what I witnessed today the manager need put so much pressure on the young lady that was helping me. She was doing a fine job but was pressured over and overto rush to help that other customer while she was doing her best on the phone to get his service up and running
