This is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had hands down!!! Stephanie was such a blessing to me and my boys!!! I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 3 1/2 years paying a little over $500 a month and today decided to transfer my services and saved over 400 a month for 4 lines! Thank you JESUS for Stephanie’s above and beyond customer service and satisfaction!!! She didn't give up and just quit when T-Mobile didn't want to release my numbers, she searched for a way to do what it took to get us transferred over.

Jesus and Mel were so helpful! Went just to pay a bill and got an upgrade and loved my new phone! Definitely go to this cricket they are the best!
