I had a very unpleasant experience, the girl who helped me "ran" my credit to see if I qualified for an iPhone 15 and while she was doing it she asked me for personal information such as my account number and router. Clarify, it is not a contract, it is just checking if I qualify and she told me yes, not to worry, suddenly I see that on the screen of her tablet she clicks on several boxes with her finger, I continued with the distrust of that he was lying to me, I clarify again that I was not trying to buy, just to see if I qualified, he tells me again that I should not worry. In a matter of minutes I receive a congratulation in my email for my purchase, I return the next day and they deny it, in 3 days they were already sending me my first charge for a $3800 iPhone that I did not buy and that I never received. I come to ask for clarification and instead of helping me she runs away and this day I tried to talk to her boss and they say she is not there to help me.
Be very careful with this store, they make fraudulent transactions.
I just hope that your boss takes care of me before I make my complaint to the General Attorney.
