Sample phones do not always work and have a password...how is it possible that as a customer you cannot test the functions of a phone before purchasing it? Let them remove them better..

I really had a great experience at this store. The Girls working were so friendly and had a great attitude. I actually went to another store that I usually go to because I didn't even know that this location was actually closer to my house but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock so they sent me over here. I liked this store much better, the vibe of this store was more laid back and they were much more helpful and didn't have an attitude. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because they had no chairs or bench to sit on and I am disabled and it's kinda hard to stand but otherwise I will be going to this store from now on!

Not to be confused with (((crickets))) which is what you'll hear from Barbie when I make one of my bad jokes to her. We've been looking for a new cell phone service for a while, and even though Cricket doesn't offer anywhere near the kinds of services and standards that we're used to, we're always very attracted by their price obviously. However there are other issues with them and one of the issues is that service at this location didn't seem to know what they were talking about, and seemed aloof and disinterested.

Went to this cricket location on Friday 6/20/20. I'm a current customer and wanted to upgrade my phone. This complaint is towards Kimberly A, the sales associate who handled my transaction. I arrived and settled on the latest iPhone, so it should have been a smooth transaction. She then walks over to where the iPhone cases are and says "let me go get a case", I'm thinking is there a free deal going on or something, because why would she pick a case out for MY phone, I walked over and asked her "how much are these?" Her response is, "I think there's some that are $20" and I tell her that I'm not getting a phone case because I rather just get it from Amazon. So for starters, her selling skills are wack, secondly, you are not gonna pick out a case for my phone without asking me first. We walk over back to the counter, she seems to be confused and continues to request assistance from the other sales person (a male employee, maybe a manager?). My transaction is over. Saturday 6/21/20 I check my online cricket account, it says I have a balance of $8... I'm wondering why, since I had already paid my upgrade fee etc. I look at my receipt and this girl charged me an Insurance fee without asking me first. It was a prorated amount therefore it was an additional $4.26 that I paid. I ended up calling, and spoke to Julio who did confirm that if it was an $8 charge it was the protection insurance fee. I arrived at the store to get that charge taken off, and asked him if its normal protocol to charge customers without their consent, he said that it should have been explained to me. Well it wasn't explained! I was completely unaware I was enrolled for phone insurance. I recognized Kimberly and said "you're the one that helped me out yesterday, how come you charged me for the insurance without asking me" She says she thought she did. Ridiculous, so I told her that Maybe that's how she earns her commission but that I hope she doesn't do it to anyone else because it is very unfair. So I'm thinking back to Friday, when this girl was getting the phone case, was this girl just gonna charge it to my bill without telling me. Anyways, I won't be going to this particular cricket anymore, I will contact customer service to file another complain. Kimberly A, you're a shady employee, work on your ethics and learn to do business in a honest way.
