Philip V. is such a nice gentleman .I accidentally put a screenlock on my phone and couldn't get in it. He said I needed to come to store.But I am diabetic and I can't walk to the bus stop .So walked me through the process and patiently waited for everything to clear. Thanks alot Phillip.The other young lady was nice too .She did a good job as well.

The csr didnt even greet me or ask me why I was there!!! Never acknowledged me so I left... I wont be going back to this location. All I wanted was a phone case

Everything was good, the stuff was great. But when we changed the lines and everything they asked for my father's phone, they did what they had to do and the lady broke my father's phone case, they didn't even try to help, the lady actually left without even saying something. I must admit they're great stuff AS stuff, but this just happened and it completely ruined my experience

I like going into the store the assistant manager Cesar is very friendly and super nice he help me out a few days ago and I got a phone from him he explained the phone to me and showed me how to use it I will honestly go back to him

The service is horrible. The workers are cool but one hispanic lady I wish I knew her name. She is exceptional. The service says Unlimited and they tell you how many towers they have that service your needs when in reality they don't have that many cuz if they did the service would be better.
