I went to this store to acquire inexpensive cell service and was not disappointed in the least. Jessica, the employee there at the time came to my rescue and was efficient, considerate, kind and most of all very caring. She sold me the selection that I was comfortable with and never once was she pushy or demanding. I left very appreciative for her humble attitude and warm heart. Also Tatiana, another employee there displayed remarkable assistance and pleasantries in this transaction. I can only pray that all employees have such assets as these two kind ladies. In the end I paid a fraction of the cost and better than anywhere else I could have gone. I gained an amazing value that I was totally satisfied with in every way. I'll return for sure simply because of the remarkable service alone.*

This was the worst store ive ever visited, DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE HERE!! I spent $1400 on what is suppoused be a brand new unopened iphone, yet it was already oepened and pre-set up i honestly did not noticed till i got home and saw an unbox video and saw what a brand new unopened phone experience needs to look like, this isnt the biggest problem... When i was paying for my $1400 phone they sneaked in items i did not want, when i asked them to remove it they acted like it was a store rule and it was non-negotioable, they refused at first when i said i already have a case for the phone i ordered on amazon prime, they insisted they cant take it off, then they proceeded to to try to bargain with me to just pick another item in the store instead of the case, they argued they couldnt refund, they dinnt have access, there manager was off, then their manager was at a funeral, then they were to busy to see their phone, ultimately the girl at the store acted like i was crazy when i said how would you feel if i charged you for items you dinnt asked for, she acted like i made no sense, after wasting half an hour they finally gave in and called a general manager to ask for a refund, it took so long for this general manager to approve the refund, the items they were trying to charge me look so cheap but it was an extra $60 item i did not want! waited another half hour to just approve my refund and to get an receipt from them, the worst part of this they stole the new iphone fresh out of box experience i wanted from them , the parent company is GMET communications llc, i tried to contact them but the person who answer claim i called the wrong number and gave me a disconnected not in use #, the phone works, and seems like brand new condition but like as if they opened it and turned it on and skip the set up and just put it back in the box, after all the interactions i am taking A HUGE LEAP OF FAITH hoping this item isnt defective but if i see any sign or issues wrong with the phone i will call my credit card company and the BBB and cricket wireless themselves, this store was horrible experience, the franchise owner is hurting not only apple but also cricket wireless, the bar for this sale experience was so low, NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! STAY AWAY!!

Devin Malveaux and Neida Martinez have provided exceptional courtesy and customer service on the past three recent visits at the store at 9220 Highway 6 in Houston, Texas. They assisted me by contacting Motorola regarding the return of my brand new cell phone and helped me with the new phone settings. They are representing Cricket quite well.

I had the most wonderful experiences coming to the cricket in highway 6. They had the best and most friendly staff I was well greeted by devin and neida. I was very satisfied with my purchase , I will definitely come back to this store .

I purchased a defective phone at this location. When we were looking at phones an employee told us they were bad phone so I told him you sell bad phones, he said they are not bad just not as good as the others. The phone did not work from the start so we returned it and the employees said they called the manager and they could only refund the phone and not the upgrade fee or accessories even though the phone was defective. When we returned it an employee said I told you the phone was bad so they admit they sell bad phones.
