Good morning Cherish!Myron Boots here.I want to acknowledge the WONDERFUL customer service we received Saturday morning from Stephanie!We have an 80+ year old friend who needed new service and a new phone. I am an Apple user so I was of very little help.The lady was switching from Xfiniti to Cricket. Stephanie kindly helped us through all phases - choosing to proper phone, setting up the new Cricket service and transferring her old information to her new phone.Stephanie represented Cricket VERY well!!Please tell her a big THANK YOU from Wanda and Myron.Respectfully,Myron Boots

Almost passing up the place but desperate in need of a phone with being low on funds, I decided to give cricket. a shot in man I’m glad I did. David ford knew right away on how to get me a phone in not just any phone but the latest iPhone 15. Thanks again for your patience and making sure I left as a happy customer. ??. The worst cricket outlet I’ve been today and the lady assistant was very rude to us and after waiting more then 15 minutes she doesn’t respond us.If you value your time don’t visit this outlet completely useless.

This review is all about Cherish, the nice young lady who is equal parts friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & pragmatic. There was a problem with my account that could only have resulted from a systemic glitch. I spent from 1pm to 6pm on the phone with customer service and got nowhere. The ridiculousness of the conversations were so fundamentally stupid I could feel my brain being irreversibly damaged but I had no choice but to persist.Out of desperation I called Cherish, she said I'd have to come to the store but she'll try to sort things out. And she did. It took about an hour all the while she dealt with other customers and their issues. She didn't have all the answers but she knew where to find them. Bravo Cherish you're AWESOME!!
