The sales rep was very helpful. He gave me a deal on a family plan. They had free phones and iPhone 11 for $99.99. I highly recommend cricket i am really happy with my service and the professionalism. This is my go to store now.

I find it ridiculous that the store is supposed to be open, but the front door is locked, and no one is in the store. I even call to see if someone will come out of the back or something but no. Why have a giant neon sign that says “OPEN” flashing if no one is in there?Date: Friday, 6/16Time: Between 1:15-1:25 PM

Afrin is an awesome Sales person. very patient and full of knowledge when it come to the phone World. This girl deserves a raise. I’ve seen her help other customers too! Customers walk in with problems on their phone and she knows exactly what’s going on, without them even explaining. I’ve been coming to this store for a while and she’s always been very kind and patient. Kudos to you Afrin.. If you want good customer service, talk to a lady named Afrin. Very polite and patient. Stores need more employees like her! She’s the best. I’ve been coming to this store for about 3 years now. She’ll go through what you need help with and suggest the best for you. Thank you cricket for training employees so well.
