Shhhh (crickets). This is the little phone stand inside Fiesta at Willowbrook/Willowchase, and they're very friendly. As part of our endless quest to change phones away from Verizon, this is one of the places we stopped at, and they treated us very nicely. They mostly speak Spanish but can do English too. Barbi talked to them at length and I think he was hitting on her (but in a nice way, and Barbi started it). Anyway, one of the friendlier phone sellers we've been to, and she even ended up purchasing a charging accessory.

Just bough a screen protector and not even five minutes after they installed the screen fell off... I asked for a refund all they gave me its a new protector and they didn't even installed... and terrible costumer service like if it was my fault

I talked to customer service 611 cause I was adding a line which would've been 3 lines for 90$ & all I needed was a sim card for the 3rd line so I can here & I told the guy situation and he tried to sale me a sim card for 15$ & 611 told me 9.99$ so I told him that and he said he wouldnt be making any money and told me if I was going to listen to 611 then I would have to get sim card from them and told me to leave the store. I asked isnt 611 cricket the same as this cricket & he said no. He could've been nice and sold me one even for 15 but told me to leave instead. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS A D*CK!!!
