I just love Katrice. She is definitely an amazing sales rep. Every time me and my husband come to this location, she always smiles and greets us by name. She makes me feel family every time not just a customer. Thank you for your good spirit and keep up the good work

Excellent customer service. Went in for an upgrade. Their ac was out. Our representative was a trooper, gave us accurate info to make an informed decision. I went to the cricket store on uvalde right by Joe V's. And Jamie was so welcoming. She got me a great deal on my son's phone. Places like these are a little overwhelming and i feel pressured. But i didn't feel like that at all. Great experience thank you Jamie.
