I give this store five stars because I went in about two days ago and I saw this young lady with blond hair that was wearing a champion hoodie that had a whole bunch of people to help out and the even though there was two other people there that was just there standing didn’t help her at all but they only was talk the old guy was acting dumb and the other lady I suggested she’s the manager she was very rude and even though the lady that had a line had a lot of customers she kept a smile on her face and attended us with a great attitude only reason I go there is because of her if it wasn’t for her I would of been move store

While I was browsing, I see a manager named Alex verbally abuse an employee named Valerie. She helped me so much when I needed a change of one of my lines and I appreciate that. However, that manager Alex does not belong there.

Very bad service in this location, the boy who attends is very despotic. A couple of days ago I went to pay my line and he treated me very badly with many rude words and saying that mother should not be working there, he has no education and will be mentally ill.

Very bad experience, I would like to talk to the manager, the guy who is there, I don't know his name but he is very despotic and carried away, besides, I have to say that he has told the people that they are going to pay online, that it is not working, so they should leave. to another store and he does it only to not serve them, I know because he said it himself, apart from being despotic and carried away, he is lazy
