I bought a Samsung phone because my Google Pixel stopped working for no reason. The Samsung phone started displaying a green screen but it would last a few seconds so I didn't do anything. After two months my phone now is green for several hours. It can't do anything. It's incredibly frustrating.First my Google pixel wasn't fixed and they had it for 3 weeks. Second, they don't do returns or exchanges. Samsung customer service is trash. Also, the phone is international, so I can't do anything because only Samsung can help, since it's international. Why did they sell me an international phone I don't know. They rarely answer the phone, communication is poor, and staffing is low. Avoid at all cost. Don't waste your money.
