Bad experience with the attention received, the man did not want to assist me and the lady has a despotic attitude, I am not going to ask them, I am going to pay for a service that in the end they only charge and do not solve my problem. The staff is the same as those on the airline and Tidwell.

08/17 Cricket Wireless doesn’t care about what their own customers have to say. They have a generic response to any negative feedback. Cricket Wireless has to hold the franchise owner accountable for intentional refereeing their customers to Verizon Wireless.
On 08/15 @ 1730 hours. You had a single teenager working the whole store. I wanted to buy a screen protector for my new phone, but the poor kid couldn’t find the magnetic key. What kind of business do you operate?
On top of that the kid was telling customers the company he works for is worthless. And that he himself is a Verizon customer. And that because his dad owns this Cricket Franchise he can afford Verizon wireless! Does that sound okay to you?

We were at an event today at the Cricket store. I was blown away by the staff especially one of the managers, Jay. He was super friendly and enthusiastic to the crowd of about 400 people. Jay and the staff made the experience a great one for us! Next time I need a new phone, I will definitely come to this location. Thanks Cricket!

Years ago it was very bad, which led me to always make payments online, but 3 days ago I went and received the best customer service that I had not received in many years, the Lord, who is from Venezuela, the manager's assistant, attended to me as if I were Serving a family member with a kindness that exceeded my expectations, excellent branch, I recommend it if I could give them more stars I would, excellent work, owner of the place, those workers deserve a good Christmas bonus....
