Jose was our representative. We came to him with some abnormal issues regarding our account. Additionally the phone we had was outdated. Jose brought in the assistance of a district manager, Isabelle. Both Jose and Isabelle really turned a frustrating circumstance into a great situation. We walked out with a new phone and all the issues with the account were reserved. I can’t speak highly enough in regards to their care and quality of service. They went above and beyond!! They saw us, and showed us appreciative concern, diligently resolving our case. Thank you Jose and Isabelle! Y’all make service at Cricket outstanding!

This guy in the Cricket store on Fulton is very helpful but the one inside of Fiesta on Quitman need to go all he does is watch women's butts as they shop
