Kay was very helpful. I didn't have the damage protection for my phone. And my phone got broken. I didn't have much money and Kay got me a new working phone for $70 which was in the price range I could afford. He really helped me out. I'm staying with Cricket and that location. I don't care how cheap other carriers are. I'm paying for customer service!
