I purchased a mini karaoke speaker with 2 mics on Nov 4th. Mics don't connect and speaker doesn't hold a charge above 40%. Brought the receipt and original packaging Nov 8. No refund. Suzana said I wouldn't regret it but completely do. Don't sell shoddy merch

Today around 3:15 pm my 4 year old and I got off at the wrong stop while in our way to the social security administration office. I ordered an Uber with the 3% remaining on my phone and went into the establishment to request to charge my phone. By the time I arrived to the store my phone went from 3% to 1% and the Uber was still 3 minutes away. No one greeted or acknowledged me upon entering. I walked to the front phone in hand and asked if I could “use an outlet my Uber is on the way 3 minutes away”. The middle eastern man replied to me, “what kind of phone is it” as if he isn’t looking straight at me and sees my charger is in the phone and ready to go to be charged. I replied to him, “The phone is right here I have my own charger”. He responds again asking again “what kind of o phone is it,” so I say, “it’s an iPhone I have it right here in my hand I just need an outlet.” He tells the clerk to look for chargers on the wall so interjected that I didn’t need a charger I just needed a small moment to keep my phone from dying while Uber was trying to locate me. The female clerk interjects and says, “there’s an outlet outside” with a sharp tone while pointing to a random corner behind her. I told her my child is prone to seizures so that wouldn’t be an option; she then responds, “well with that attitude I don’t have to allow you to charge your phone in here”; so I say, “what attitude? All I’m asking for is to charge my phone and I’m not going to risk my daughter’s health when there’s an outlet right there,” pointing at an outlet with a karaoke machine hooked into it. So she repeats herself. At this point these people are being hostile and intentionally trying to inconvenience me so I politely inserted my Apple branded iPhone charger into the outlet while the Uber was still an excruciating minutes away at a traffic light. The man now says he wants to call the police. I kindly expressed to him that I was not afraid nor did I feel threatened by him calling the police because I asked for human decency and you refuse. So I stood there turned on my phone video recording when I caught him on recording making a false police report telling the dispatch that I had threatened them. He points to the camera to which I say, “great so everyone will be able to see me holding up my phone clearly visible with its charging components; I hope it has a microphone too so they can hear the lack of threats you claim I told you”. It doesn’t end there though because the female clerk who suggested we go outside says to me “it’s not our fault you didn’t charge your phone”.These people do not need to be in customer service at all. The way they talked to me was being unprofessional it was inhumane. To be willing to endanger my child’s livelihood for no rational reason is insane and they don’t need to work there.I literally stumbled upon this location by accident and what’s even worse is that I have had services with cricket wireless before and have received offers to manage their stores. If this nationalistic culture is something cricket promotes, I would like to see it replaced by Boost Mobile, but most importantly the 2 individuals during the Friday October 13th 3 o clock shift needs to be at home or in a line of work that doesn’t involve helping people. I have called cricket wireless twice today to report the incident and I will be following up more as it pertains to this incident.

WORST MANAGER AT THIS STORE! The Employees as well! HORRIBLE PLACE! Never in my life had to deal with something like this! Do your business elsewhere. I’ve Worked with customers for years and I know how to treat someone. Zero Stars and Negative Reviews is what this store needs! Had a Warranty Claim (which I Never Did Before On A Phone) & The Manager Says “it’s easy Google It!” Well Now Sir You Can See This Review! & I Was Treated Like Garbage ,.Nothing Was Resolved!

THE GUY MANANGER HERE TREATED ME HORRIBLE!!!!!Never in my life have I experienced the worst customer service ever! Until today. I never gave him any reason to be so foul and disrespectful to me. I remained calm and kind the entire time and he still was frustrated with me! He made me feel so stupid for having issues with my phone I left crying!! ? he felt no remorse ! He should not be in customer service if he is going to treat people like trash let alone the manager of the store. He said this is MY store as if He has the RIGHT to be ugly to me!! Please take your business else where. I hope corporate talks this matter serious. This is not ok.

Very bad customer service. The owner/ manager was very rude. Went in for a warranty claim but nobody said anything about the Sim card. Very bad costumer service

Went to cricket this morning october 26, 2022 and had the worst experience with the female there working the morning shift. Has somewhat of an Honduran accent. Very rude and disrespectful. And still had the audacity to ask why I didn’t leave a tip. Should definitely let her go and find a better employee. I much rather drive extra 5 miles for another cricket then coming back to this one close to home. I’ve been going here for 4 years and I’ve never experience something like this
