Disastrous service, the girls from there prefer to be texting, they answer you in a very despotic manner. I asked them for explanations about my line and they answered poorly that I did want the service or not. I am thinking of changing companies. People like them should not give them a job and it would be better if Look for a job that you really like since customer service is not their thing. Very bad experience. Amazing costumer service, I just switched to cricket today, and the service was completely amazing, employees are helpful, they even transferred all my information!They got me exactly what I needed for a reasonable price, highly recommend!

I love this place! Although far from my house, definitely worth the trip. The girls here were amazing not only super informative very friendly. They for sure know what they are selling and know the products very well. I will be coming back to this location and also recommend to others! Kudos to them:)

Horrible place the lady’s are rude and won’t help at all I was going to transfer to cricket and the lady said she couldn’t help me went to metro and they helped me I guess cricket missed out on $300 ??♀️ .the girls rather be texting then helping customers

I wouldn't recommend this location.I went to upgrade my phone.A lady name Merlina, Karen and Lussasa was in the location.They need to fire the all and start over.I have been a Cricket customer for over 10 years now.I switched from Att to Cricket because they are owned or at least Cricket is owned by ATT.If , I was a customer who wants to be belittle and treated like trash.Please feel free and go to this location.I am posting this because, I thought it would be imperative to let the public know .Too avoid this location.I called Cricket and filed a complaint.I filed a complaint withthe BBB.I did all of this because.I really think Cricket needs to look at this location.The employees wee more interested in themselves than the actual customer.I have been to this location in the past.Same issues.I was tired of it.

I was in this company for 7 years but now I wanted to add another line and it is a pure scam that 2 unlimited lines because now the internet is useless and they still charged me extra money saying that with that I would have a good grip on my internet and everything is the same, this is a theft from the cricket company
