Had to go in and try for the third time to figure out what was going on with the automatic payments. My mom, who is a diabetic and has heart disease, went in and complained to me that she was ignored and they kept skipping her. She had to stand for over an hour. I left there thinking that we finally got the issue resolved. Nope, her phone was cut off yet again. We downloaded the app and were able to take care of the issue ourselves. They claimed that the issue was with the bank, bullcrap!

My elderly mother went to get help there. She told me the manager rudely told her to get out of “her store” because it was too busy. I wouldn’t trust a place that treats the elderly that way. If customer service isn’t your thing, maybe don’t work in customer service!

The old workers that was there was awesome, but i fear that these new workers isnt as friendly as the the other ones. They only seem to care if you buy a phone . Sadly i have to downgrade my review from 5⭐️ to 1⭐️ ?
