There is a short whitelist of Cricket Network compatible phones HDVoice. A cricket SIM put into a phone not on the list is automatically blocked from being used on the network. No LG phones are on that list because "LG Doesn't make phones anymore".. nuff said.. This is a blatant money grab in effort to force customers into getting new devices from them (which are good deals mostly I will admit, kudos to Cricket for being competitive here) This means that you are unable to use a backup phone, or hand me down phone, or a cool phone you found a good deal on. After many years with Cricket, I switched to NVMO (mobile virtual network operator).

Yesterday my mother and Grandmother had gone to this store and the Employee, Jennifer M. Gave them attitude & also has low patience to attend her costumers. It's quite unsatisfactory to be treated like this.

The lady was so aggressive, talking like punching on the face. I wanted to add a line to our current family plan which I had 3 lines on it. She asked $55 for the line for first month plus $25 activation fee +$9.99 for SIM card. I am already paying for my family plan and she does not care about it. We tried to talk but so aggressive. Left store.
