I totally understand they had no control over systems being down but the gentleman by the name of Zeke was no help. He kept my Visa card and then shredded it instead of giving back to me. Further more he was to keep me indie as to status of systems. When I walked back into location 3 days later he acted like he didn't care. Also I understand that employees dress casual but the manager looked like she had just jumped out of bed. For a manager she should be dressed more appropriately and presentable! They have most my banking businesses.”

I think oh that's great so I apply. Fast forward a week later and I'm informed that I don't qualify - also, my vehicle value was insufficient. This needs to definitely be changed. Not only was I denied, but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report!!”

“Update... I recently needed a car loan so, of course, called MCCU first. Jonathan Tyler was very helpful! He told me my options and was able to provide me with an approval and preliminary loan rate. However, when I did find the vehicle, it just so happened to be his day off. So John Rubio stepped in, explained everything to me, hand held - basically - through the process. “I’ve been a member with FSCU for over 10 years now and the service has always been good but within the past year a discrepancy came up with my homeowners insurance and them receiving their payment from FSCU. Adrian contacted me about the issue and explained what happened and also gave me different options on how to move forward and in a timely manner. I did not do so and it ended up costing me more than it should have lol & smh. Once I finally used the information that was given to me I reached back out to Adrian and we where able to get everything back in order. A while later I reached back out to Adrian again about my mortgage price almost doubling and he was able to recognize that another issue had occurred and he again informed me on what to do and we took care of it immediately. Adrian has been a lot of help with the challenges that came about on my account and I’m glad he is in a position to help and uses his knowledge to educate customers. I don’t know who needs to hear this but give that man a raise! His customer service is the best I’ve had since I’ve been a member here!”
