The Cappuccino machine and architecture of the building are such lovely perks! At Christmas they erect a large tree that fills the space with the holiday spirit. The staff are friendly and professional. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable banking experienc.

I literally HATE this bank. I only deal with them because my car loan is through Credit Human. I would rather refinance and go to another bank. I have been calling back and forth to fix an issue they had caused. I called August 31st, it's now September 26th and I'm STILL dealing with this issue. It's a simple task that needs to be done, to cancel 1 autopayment date since I originally had my car on autopay, they added another date- so my car note was taken out TWICE within a 2 day span. I called they put me on hold and tell me they'll call back, they never do. I call, they say they're sending an email to resolve the issue, issue never gets resolved. HOW HARD IS IT TO CANCEL A SCHEDULE AUTOPAY THAT YALL CREATED ON YOUR END?!? This bank is literally the worst. I spoke with Lynette Williams, Sylvia Lopez, Ann Longoria. NOBODY RESOLVED THE ISSUE!! I need someone to resolve it before the 29th of this month because yall are NOT going to take out my car note TWICE, AGAIN! I spoke with Lynette Williams at 12p today and I had to call at 6p since I didn't get a follow up call, now she's on the phone saying it's after hours, she can't do anything. How are you going to WASTE the whole day. At this point I'm tired of dealing with them, I NEED A MANAGER TO FIX THIS ISSUE

Great Credit Union with good rates. Customer Service is always willing to help. Some are very knowledgeable, yet some seem fairly new.

Portal is not user friendly. Incompetent workers who say they will call you back to fix the issue and then don’t but it’s not their credit that takes the hit so I guess all good then.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They are generally very good, however, there are encounters with very incompetent staff from time to time. I was a fraud victim once, several years ago and they acted promptly and took care of me. I do wish they had more branches in Houston, you're missing huge opportunities.

I just had a hard credit pull and discovered this company was hitting my account with derogatory remarks each time I happen to pay a few days past my due date. I was never late more than 30 days on any of my car payments and my account was never sent to collections, bc who intends to actually miss a payment! They will not be willing to work through your circumstances with their unprofessional and rude customer service people. They would call me a few times a day, everyday because their accounting department kept messing up my payment information just to have them go and report it to credit bureau’s behind my back. I am so glad to say I will never work with this bogus company ever again.

I received a loan from this company about 4 years ago for my truck and never had any issues until I changed insurance companies. The way they verify insurance is ridiculous, I've sent the paperwork 8 times and each time it go t kicked out with no explanation. After this last time I finally figured out that the insurance verification department has the wrong VIN on file and that is the reasoning. I've had $1,870 just charged to my account for their insurance service even though it was their error and I'm not paying for insurance twice. Now I've been on hold for over 40min to try and get this worked out. Just all around terrible customer service.

Bad customer service and poor communication.I was trying to secure a car loan and I needed to wait for the recall to be lifted from the car I wanted to purchase. I kept Credit Human informed about this, but when it was time to secure the loan and go pick up the car, they said my application had expired. This came with no warning, no heads up and no communication. Then she told me that she had emailed me and called me multiple times, but I have no record of any kind of contact in my phone or email.Don't waste your time and lower your credit here. Just go somewhere else.

I am editing my review and giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because they called and rectified the situation which I truly appreciate. They have a specific manager, named Stacey, who is awesome and deserves 5 stars herself. I may have had a bad experience but the fact that they showed concern and took action to make it better really changes my perspective. I would recommend doing business with Credit Human because they care about their customers.Edit: I see the adjustments they promised to be made have been corrected! Therefore giving 4 stars! Thanks, Credit Human.

Total trash. Garbage may be a compliment for this bank. You gave identity thiefs $9000 in our name without any verification via credit scores. Wow just wow. When we called to see what was going on, as we don’t even have a bank account with you or even live in the same city, your garbage employee super rude and unprofessional was absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing. I pray no one banks with you. I pray you get shut down for being so liberal with peoples private info and money.

While I only have a share account with Credit Human , they are who approved my car loan last year. I have set up a payment system with my regular bank that will pay Credit Human through my bank. All I have to do is go into my bank website, click pay and transfer and make the payment. Easy, easy, easy. I couldn't be happier. Great car loan rate too
