If you are going to make people pay upfront fir your services then do the job right. Thats basically a scam.Got my screen replaced. Broke it again a month after and returned. They raised the price 15-20 dollars. Replaced the screen but my phone was having issues after they supposedly fixed it. A brand new screen shouldn't be messing up. Now i have to find someone else to fix my phone.

Went here to get my phone screen fixed and wanted after market screen because it was cheaper. A month later a small black dot appears at the top, by the end of the hour it completely went black in the top right of my phone couldn’t see the time, battery percentage etc. Stupidly, I went back to get an original Apple screen the second time around thinking I wouldnt have any more problems. A day later I try to use the front camera it’s completely blurry. Would not recommend. I wanted to wait to write a review because I figured The first time around it was my fault because I purchased After market screen. $600 down the drain. Don’t waste your time unless you’re desperate.

Still have my iphone XR and Apple Watch Series 3 38mm I purchased from them 2-3 years ago ‼️‼️ I just wish Albert Einstein was still available on offer up because it was more convenient with up to date devices and prices therefore when you go In person the price you agreed on offer up is the price you pay in store with message proof.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY GIVE YOU KNOCK OFF SCREENS THAT THEY OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THAT CHANGE COLORS AND WILL DRAIN YOUR BATTERY. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND IF THERES ANY ISSUES WITH IT EITHER. EVER SINCE I TOOK MY PHONE THERE MY BATTERY DOESNT LAST AND MY SCREEN CHANGES COLORS JUST GO TO APPLE ATLEAST YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. IF I COULD OF GAVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD HAVE

It is evident that Shariff's experience in the cell phone industry is vast and diverse. He demonstrate a deep understanding of all technical aspects of cell phones and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issues with my device.

Cracked cell phone repair shop is hands down the best cell phone, tablets and laptop repair shop in Houston.
I dropped my phone a while back and most places are charging too much for screen replacement, my friend referred me to cracked, and thanks to my friend’s best referral. They charge a super reasonable fee and I kid you not I felt like they fixed my phone in a second. Lol. The volume wasn’t exactly right they took it back immediately fix it right after and my phone was in perfect condition again!
After that great experience I dropped off my Apple ipad that I bent after sitting on it I really thought it was ruined since the screen is leaving it’s body but guess what, 5 minutes later they fixed it!!! I was amazed and they warmed me to put a cover on it and don’t drop again. Lol.
The staff there was always so nice and super patient, fast service and great price.
They are my go to people for phone, my Apple Watch, my computer, any Apple products they are absolutely THE experts!
Highly highly highly recommend this place. They got ethic and professionalism! Bravo

Today, I had a highly disappointing experience at this repair shop while trying to fix the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra. We had initially agreed on a payment method (either cash or Zelle) and a set price. I was promised a 3-hour repair time, which already seemed quite long. However, after those 3 hours went by, I was told it would take another hour and a half. Finally, at 4:30pm, I received a call stating that the phone was ready for pickup, with their closing time of 5pm, putting us in a rush. Upon arrival, I was informed that my phone was taken to a different location for the repair and that I would need to wait for its return. When it did finally arrive, the technician, out of the blue, mentioned there would be an additional tax if we opted for Zelle payment. The representative we had spoken to earlier blatantly denied our prior agreement, falsely claiming she had informed us of this so-called tax. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by the lack of transparency, communication, and integrity shown by this establishment. For those considering getting their devices repaired here, be wary. It's one thing for a business to make a mistake; it's another to be dishonest about it. I won't be returning, purely on the grounds of a glaring lack of ethics and honesty.

My cousin Requested a fix on her two iPads one simply needed a screen fix as they offer and the other just a charger port (black & white) i thought yo myself since there already scratches on the white one i might as well get a screen repair along with the charging port but when i found they pricing was 140 for the white and 50 for the black and not 140 all together i quickly called the store and asked them to only repair the black one and ill pick up the white when i return the man offered to re look at the ipad and offer a better price he never called me back i then texted him the next day about the tablet to which he stated the black one was ready but they still needed time with the white one i was confused considering the fact i re stated that i didn't needed the repair anymore when i came to pick up my black ipad today it was as i expected fixed but to my suprise was the white ipad was 10x worse then the state i dropped it off in instead of them correcting their mistake they instead told me to pay again to fix the screen this time i am livid and annoyed because i am a frequent customer of theres who come to them for any electronical device issues

This place have good phones but when u purchase a iPhone from them and something wrong with it they try to change u I done spend almost 2000 with them and they don’t care about they customers at all he doesn’t even come out to talk to you. They put cheep scenes on your phone so if you drop it it gone crack so u can come back so he can fix they scam u out your money and no something wrong with the phones

I wouldn’t recommend, my phone didn’t turn on so they said first it’ll be 15 min but then said 40 minutes. Another guy came in and they asked him if his phone turns on the guy said no and the associate was like okay it’ll be $40 so I was kind of confused. The place also looks sketchy & lady at front was not very welcoming.
