HORRIBLE! I’ve honestly never really liked CPL, but have typically always gotten the same person when I do have to go and he’s the sweetest BUT today I came in on a Saturday to do my 3 hour glucose. I was there by 8am sharp as to not inconvenience anyone. The doors were locked and the lady was a bit “smart” as she was running in right behind me. I tell her what I’m there for and after getting set up she provides me with my drink. I hear her say that I’ll need one draw in 3 hours and that alerted me because I’ve worked in the lab field in my past and remembered I needed several draws NOT just one asked her if that was correct? She proceeded to say yes but that she doesn’t do them often so she’s not too sure, so after a few back and forths she decided to finally call her supervisor for assistance. He/she then clarifies that the one label was for my FASTING draw, but she was told AFTER I had already been told to drink my full 100 glucose! I was told the test was now voided! To say I was mad is an understatement! If you go please make sure you get someone that one wants to be there and TWO knows what they’re doing! I’m a high risk pregnancy and have never had to do a 3hr glucose and I am now feeling extremely ill for absolutely no reason, because I was given misinformation and wasn’t even able do my labs! Horrible!

This is my first at this lab to complete my 3 hour Glucose Test and I can say, they are curious, fast and efficient. A well kept environment. The Phlebotomist has a great sense of humor and made the experience even more enjoyable. Keep up the great work guys!Kindly,Jocelyn Marie Spillman

The lab technician is awful, he shouldn’t be dealing with patients. Dealing with him was the worst experience I had. He shouldn’t work in the medical field or in any job requires dealing with people.

This is my 2nd time here.1st time it was a long wait to be seen. It looks like 1 person is running the clinic.They have remodeled so the new number on the door is 170A. (171 is gone) the new lobby is much bigger so it's spaced out more. So it's not so cramped anymore.The guy who helped me last time was the same this time. & he is so nice. & I had no problem getting the lab work done.FYI: If you want Lab results the same day come before 1pm. After that it will be next day.

I called everyday for a week and no one answered. I called at different times of the day every time and never when they said they were closed. I wanted to verify my lab orders before I drove out. I eventually but just went and they couldn't do my lab work.

The people who answer the phones at this location, specifically a clerk by the name of Brittany are very rude. They sound like they are annoyed by simple questions and do not like to repeat themselves. Have no regard with people’s time and seem absolutely oblivious to the definition of customer service. It’s unfortunate that there are very few locations within Houston because if there were I would have definitely opted to try another. Call and plan ahead when dealing with this lab.
