Elevator doesn't work. Old hotel, needs a PIP (Property Improvement Plan) badly. Typical courtyard layout downstairs with bistro and coffee/bar.

Rooms: Listen yall! I came to this location for a week and when I tell you, MS. PIE, is very welcoming and caring when it comes to guest. I had a minor issue being that I’m from Ohio, she was very understanding and executed my issue immediately without any hesitation. When yall go REQUEST ROSA, the cleaning lady cause she can clean the HELL OUT OF A ROOM!!!!
Thank you ladies for the hospitality and I will be back again for sure!

The location of the property was the only good thing about this place. Although the iron was replaced, the original iron was broken. The shower head fell off which left us without a shower in the morning to head back home. I notified the front desk, when checking out only to be told that I should have called them and that there were plenty of rooms available, as if I was supposed to know that on a weekend. This facility gave Motel 6 vibes with 3 stars…..Don’t waste your time or money here!!!!

Came here for business for the week. Definitely not up to Marriott standards. So old and dated. Not very clean. The toilet was running constantly and you couldn’t even flush the toilet without pulling the top lid. Asked for maintenance and waited forever. Finally gave up and went to the front desk. Had to wait for the lady who was just sitting in the back room to come help.
I asked for another room. She quickly obliged. I was optimistic. But the next room had a real moldy musty smell to it, and the toilet was running in this one too! On top of that had nasty toilet ring and stains in the old toilet. But by now it was late and didn’t want to attempt a 3rd as I still had work to do. The room climate control was also so dated and was hard to adjust. The bathtubs in both rooms were gross.
They seriously need to update this hotel. They do not offer security or secure parking but charge 7 dollars a night for parking. I still have a couple nights and thinking I need to find another hotel.

Room is great new and big. AC is strong good during hot Houston summer. Shower is strong too good after a long tiring day. Only bad thing is the internet! Horribly slow!!! Gotta use your hotspot otherwise cannot properly work.

Do not go here. I had a reservation and prepaid. Got there air conditioning not working in 1/2 hotel. They would not check us in. Waited in lobby 3 hours and went to dinner. Checked bags with front desk. called later and they told me air fixed. Went to check in and they said they gave my room away. Truth was air not fixed so cancelled everyone's reservations. Horrible customer service and they never said sorry. Just get a refund.

They turn the AC completely off in the rooms even though we booked for a week, absolutely horrid hot and too hot to even tolerate , took over 12 hours for the room to cool down and they shut it off again. Trash hotel.

I booked a stay for 9/7 and when we arrived the hotel had the elevators out of service and put us on the third floor. We were in a hurry to go to family event so we decided to just deal with it when we enter the room we noticed it was very humid and the walls were covered in mold and the carpet was wet. We immediately checked out due to one of my guests having an asthma attack due to the mold and they told us they could not provide us proof of checking out. I told them I needed proof to be able to get my money back since I needed to book a different room. They told me they could not provide it to me because the rates would show up for what the third party vendor paid (I used to work at a hotel and this is a lie) but I didn’t have time to argue. They told me to just tell my vendor and they will approve the refund. Well here I am and Im at a loss of money because they denied providing my vendor with a refund and they will not refund me my money either.
Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay at the nicer hotel.

The bathroom door doesn’t close… lock is broken.. They don’t clean everyday and the whole motel smells… carpet is dirty and some walls, frames, or wallpapers peeling
