Gerilyn was incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. She took the time to understand my vision and helped me select the perfect materials to bring it to life.
When it came to installation, the team went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was remarkable—every cut and seam was flawless. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new countertops, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Traditional Designs.

Family owned and operated company that makes life easy when dealing with these things. Jamie was very open and communicative and made the experience enjoyable. They work with you and are not pushy what-so-ever. I would and will be recommending this company to anyone who is looking for this type of work!

Great experience working with Martha and the Traditional Designs team. We did a master bath remodel and we were able to locate an existing quartz slab for our needs. Installers did a great job. Overall happy with the service here.

Traditional Designs was a tremendous help with our relatively modest but challenging kitchen remodeling project, offering sound advice, excellent craftsmanship and reasonable prices. Unlike some in the building trades who tell you whatever they think you want to hear, Jamie and her colleagues at Traditional Designs provided realistic guidance, explaining why one choice made sense while another may not. Their practical approach was invaluable. We were impressed with their patience and professionalism. Our kitchen turned out even better than we'd hoped.

"Just wow! Traditional Designs did an AMAZING job!! We had the pleasure of meeting with Galen and our experience from start to finish could not have been any smoother. They are by far the most professional group! Their pricing was extremely reasonable and their timeline for the work done was fast. The MOST impressivewas the clean up. The install crew came in and out and we ended up with a beautiful upgraded master bathroom. We could not be more pleased and will definitely return for any future projects.

Galen and team were a delight to work with on my kitchen and bath remodel. They have a great selection and customer service is fantastic! I had one small issue with tile that came loose from behind the kitchen sink and Galen was on the ball with getting someone out to fix it. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them again in the future for my other bathrooms.

The worst purchase I've ever made. They tell you that they are going to give you something and they give you something else. Very disappointed with this store. I don't recommend it. I bought quartzite and they gave me marble. I paid one thing and they gave me another.

We enjoyed working with this team. We visited the showroom and they patiently went through our counter top and sink options, even with the small scope of the project. They walked us around their property and gave us a tour of how they cut their counters. They came out quickly to measure, and they did a great job on the install. We would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future.

We chose Traditional Designs based on excellent reviews on Yelp and other sites and were not disappointed! We worked with Martha and chose new countertops. They were cut and installed quickly and professionally. We intend to have them do additional work for us now that we know how good they are. I would highly recommend their services.

It’s a wonderful breath of fresh air working with Deana. Despite the hiccups, she continues to make sure everything is taken care of in a professional manner. If I had any more work in this arena, I’d want Deana to head it up. She’s very honest, kind and mindful of all surrounding issues. My countertops are worth a million to me. The cutter / installer is absolutely awesome. Covered my new flooring and kept the dust down as requested. 5 - STARS for DEANA

Wonderful quartzite countertops. Installers were very professional. They worked to level and make sure the area was clean afterwards. The quartzite is gorgeous.

We bought a 2'x4' slab for a bathroom vanity countertop to be cut from a larger 'leftover' piece of granite. The customer service was excellent, the cut was of high quality and exactly to our specific measurements. I highly recommend this company.
