I don’t know what his name is but the young gentleman with locs made me so uncomfortable in the store that I left. He followed me around the store and watched me the whole time I shopped. I didn’t say anything bc he kept giving me an aggressive look and I just didn’t have time to argue. I will never go in this store again. I tried to shop here earlier last week and had the same experience with a young lady. Literally didn’t even get the chance to look at ANYTHING. Super unprofessional especially when you’ve got paying customers.

A lot of nice shirts and pants with really affordable prices. There are many graphics signature designs tShirt. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. However, they need to organize their stuffs more to help customers find their needs more easily. Come back soon anyway.

I went into today on 10/22/2021 around 6pm and had a terrible experience. As i was walking around i was grabbing things i would like to try on , so i got what i wanted to try on and went to the fittings room and this young black man asked me if i wanted a room and asked me how much i had so i replied and told him an amount and then he goes to me " no i'll count " which i understand so he did and we both got a different number and he laughed in my face and as i came out the employees we're all back there staring at me and even one man laughed in the conor as he looked at me and a young female tan skin toned stared me down as i put the things away hard and followed me as if i were going to steal but also did not offer to put the things i didn't want back only stared at me and followed . this was very rude and nor did i have any types of signs as stealing or was going to.

The store is still requiring masks and had dressing rooms closed. What is the point of a in person store if you can't actually make sure the size is correct.

The past few times I have come to this Cotton On, I have been treated with such disrespect by one particular employee. Although I do not recall his name, he is black. I try my best to be forgiving towards employees as I know it can be hard, but this man has continuously ruined my shopping experience. He laughed and mocked me when I simply asked a question about returns. He always rolls his eyes and shows so much attitude during check out. His behavior has made me stay away from one of my favorite stores. I would understand if this was a one time thing as people are allowed to have bad days, but this has been every single time I have come in.

Good merchandise at good prices. Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible and the 2 black guys here today on 11.28.19 @10:25 am need a rude awakening.

I had a horrible experience the other day... No one greeted me when I walked in and I didn't see anyone behind the counter or out on the store floor. I grabbed some clothes and headed to the dressing room, no one was in there to check the amount of clothes I had. While I was changing someone started to beat down the door very aggressively demanding me to show them the clothes. I opened the door and a woman asked me to show her the quantity of clothes I had and then said I was suppose to get them checked before entering. I explained no one was there and she said I should have tried harder to find assistance. I usually shop at Typo, so I was shocked that she never asked me about the Foundation or their promotional item of the month. When my son started to play with the foundation hair ties, she told him to put it back. As if she was offended that he was playing with it! Needless to say, I'm not going to shop here again.
